Welcome!

I’m glad you’re here. This project was a long time in the making and has gone through many iterations, all to come together at this appointed time - just as you are meant to be here now, reading this. I intend this to be a safe space to talk and learn about Jesus Christ and all He has done and continues to do for us - both as unique individuals and together as His Church. My faith is not based on rules or religion, but on a relationship with Jesus, and my goal in this blog is to honestly and plainly show life as a follower of Christ, in order to encourage, inspire, and uplift all who come across it.

All I can say is that once (and not too long ago), I was lost. I felt confused, alone, anxious, and afraid. But I drew near to Jesus, and the Lord in His mercy didn’t require me to clean myself up first - He did all of that for me with a gentleness and love that I have never known. Now I can say with utter certainty that I am now found and chosen; that I am never alone and never abandoned; that I can cast my fears and anxiety into hands far stronger and more capable than my own. My life is not always sunshine and rainbows, but with the Lord to eternally lean on, I’ve learned that rain makes things grow, and storms only make my faith stronger. It is my sincere prayer that you will find light, life, and love in these pages; that you will leave with new thoughts, new perspectives, and a refreshed spirit.
